Most of our students reserve accommodation together with their language course.
Sprachcaffe Malaga offers accommodation in shared and private student apartments and Spanish host families, both located close to the school and the beach.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your destination airport should be Malaga (AGP).
From the airport you may take the airport bus to the city center of Malaga. From there
you will have to take another bus to our school in Pedregalejo.
Taxis are available in front of the airport, the ride to Pedregalejo should cost around 20 Euro.
Accommodation is available from 14:00 hours on your day of arrival to 12:00 on your day of departure. On your day of arrival please go directly to the address indicated in your voucher.
SHARED STUDENT APARTMENTS
Our student apartments are ideal for those who wish to maintain their independency, each student will receive a key and is free to enter or leave the apartment whenever he/she wants.
There are single and double bedrooms to choose from, all other rooms like bathroom, kitchen and balcony are shared with 2-6 fellow students. If you choose a double bedroom and do not arrive with a friend we will place another student into your room.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Television, washing machine, iron, ironing board and bed sheets are provided. Bed sheets are changed every 2 weeks when our apartments are cleaned by our cleaning staff. It is important to know that in our apartments the students are responsible for dish washing, laundry, cleaning, shopping, cooking and setting up the bathroom with toilet paper, soap and towels.
We offer 3 different shared apartment types: standard, comfort and comfort plus which differ in location, size and equipment.
HOST FAMILIES
Living with a host family is a good choice if you wish to participate in daily Spanish life and are interested in learning more about the local culture. Our host families are experienced in lodging foreign students and giving them the opportunity to practice their Spanish outside the classroom.
STUDIOS
For those who wish to enjoy the freedom of an own apartment but do not wish to share their bathroom and kitchen with fellow students we also offer the option to reserve a whole apartment for your private use.
These independent apartments are called studios. Studios dispose of one bedroom and can be booked with a single or double bedroom. The double bedroom studio has to be reserved together with a second person, which means that we will not automatically place another student into the studio. Your partner or friend does not necessarily have to attend a course at our school.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Television, washing machine, iron, ironing board and bed sheets are provided. Bed sheets are changed every 2 weeks when our apartments are cleaned by our cleaning staff.
Families will typically invite students to participate in their weekend activities and introduce them to their entire family. Our school tries to get a good mix of nationalities in the apartments and families in order to prevent students from being tempted to speak their own language.
Accommodation with a host family includes half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) with a choice between a single or double bedroom. If you choose a double room and do not arrive with a friend we will place another student into your room.
All our families are located close to the beach and the school.
Before choosing host family accommodation please take into consideration that living with a host family means that you will have to respect and adapt to the host families everyday life and habits.
